1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F. Cook with 1 pinch of salt 500g (17.5oz) noodles according to package instructions.
2. Mix the cooked pasta with 800g (28oz) tomato sauce, 1 egg, 400g (14oz) ricotta and 200g (7oz) grated mozzarella. Bake the ingredients for 30 minutes and serve with basil.
