Today: Broccoli Blueberry Salad with Yoghurt Sauce🥗
Cook 200g (7oz) of broccoli and let it cool. Mix for the sauce 125g (4.5 oz) yoghurt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 pinch salt & pepper and 1 teaspoon honey in a bowl. Then mix all the ingredients. We wish you bon appetit!

– 100g blueberries (3.5 oz)
– 50g spinach (1.7 oz)
– 50g feta (1.7 oz)
– 30g sunflower seeds (1oz)
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 tsp honey
