Today: Tortilla soup🥣

1. Dice 400g of tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 red pepper and 1 jalapeno and add 500ml vegetable broth. If you do not want to use beans and lentils from the jar, cook them according to the package instructions.

2. Take a big pot and add all the ingredients except the tortilla chips and creme fraiche. Bring the mixture to a boil and then simmer for 15-20 minutes. Stir from time to time.

3. Serve the soup with tortilla chips and creme fraiche.
